Subject: Dell 942 All in one Printer/Fax/Scanner

I am still attempting to contact DELL and receive assistance and support for the Dell 942 Priter I purchased April 2005. I have multiple case numbers recorded and have logged many man hours in this attempt.
I have called over and over and Not one person at Dell can technically walk me through setting up and usage of the fax machine(after you suffer from transfer trauma from the run around......).
Many hours I have logged in an attempt to set up my fax and home office.
Since I make the purchasing decisions, my household no longer purchases any DELL products.
I urge all consumers to read complaints on the Internet before considering any DELL products!
