i called Dell tech support because my mouse right click wasn't working. I spoke to the first tech person for 1 1/2 hours before he disconnected me. My computer at this point was inoperable. I called again, got transferred 3x. The next tech person after 1 hour said he fixed the problem.
My internet wasn't working. I called Comcast, my internet provider. After 10 minutes of trying to fix the problem they said they'd send someone out the next day. They did. He tried to fix my computer for an hour. Then he told me that my computer had been corrupted. That the problem with my mouse was that I needed a new one- had nothing to do with the computer operations.
I now have no internet ability, a corrupted computer and a lot of grief.
I'll NEVER get another Dell product. Their tech people know nothing and you have to repeat yourself 6x to be understood.
