Down loaded and installed and gave credit card number but am not satisfied with the whole thing.Some channels you can't get that was promised,and some are such bad quality you can't watch it.You can't get any local channels as promised.None of the channels such as CNN or FOX are live as promised.I've tried to Email them but have gotten no response.It cost me $44.48 so I guess I'll have to eat it.
