Subject: Followup to yesterday's post

Network Solutions user support finally emailed me today, three days after I sent in the complaint about the email being down. Yes, my email now works again but they have lost about six hours worth of business email. It was never returned to the sender and did not go to me. It just disappeared. Not a huge deal as it was Saturday over a holiday weekend but the fact they lost data worries me about the reliability of this company.
