I have been a Block Buster customer for 15 years now. For the most part I have been some what satisfied with the selection and service. I do feel however that the Block Buster billing practices though legal, are decieving and geared at financial intrapment of the consumer. I must say that the whole "no late fee" thing seemed foolish when it surfaced as policy.Might be a conspiracy, but I believe the company had full intention on recovery of funds by re implimenting the fee un known to customers that fell complaicent to the no fee policy. Net flix...Here I come! I will keep my Block Buster card though, just in case I forget my keys at the office.
