Subject: No Help Button For Email Service

Network Solutions hosts only one service for me--email for one domain. I've had a positive experience for over a year until this weekend when the email went down for around six hours. I logged into the web mail URL for this account and it kept showing that I was receiving no email when in fact I had. Further, the email was not returned to the sender meaning the sender had no idea the email was never received. Searched around the web site, found the "Help" link, click on it ... bad link, 404 error. How is that possible? Logged into the main Network Solutions web site and was able to file a complaint there. That was two days ago. Still have not heard back. The email works now but the undelivered email messages appear to have disappeared into the twilight zone. Given this experience, I would be hesitant to host a web site with Network Solutions.
