I ORDERED LAPTOP FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY WHICH IS 8/29-BEFORE ORDERING I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE OR BY THAT DATE AS REQUESTED-TODAY IS THE 27TH AND I AM TOLD IT IS JUST BEING PROCESSED TODAY FOR SHIPMENT-AND WILL BE HERE BY THE 3RD OF SEPTEMBER!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEASE-ALSO NOBODY IN INDIA COULD HELP ME-THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!
