Subject: Illegal act by DELL

I have ordered two items from DELL. When I received an email confirmation, it had wrong address. I have entered the right address when I filled up the order, but they said Dell's system picked up wrong company address and assigned it. Within 5 minutes of ordering, I called DELL and tried to cancel the two orders. They were able to cancel one of the two orders. But they couldn't cancel the second order. They told me that I won't be charged as the address is wrong and they can't stop the shipment. I have never received the item. Then when I saw the charges on my credit card, I called DELL and they said I am calling after 21 days and the charges on my credit card will stay. Basiaclly they shipped something to me without my permission on a wrong address and charged me for that.
Lost several hours in battling with the customer service to resolve the issue. But no luck. If there are other folks like me out there, then I want to contact them. If possible join in a class action lawsuit.
