Subject: Charged for two computers when only purchased one
Comment:
Purchased and Inspiron Computer for $1500 or more directly from Dell on a Account they opened for me. When I received it, found that it was defective and inferior to others and returned it.
I then did some research and got information regarding the XPS M1330 which would be great for my daughter in college as a gift so I purchased it.
They had credited my account for the computer Inspirion but, had me as returning the XPS M1330. When she tried to get technical assistance for the laptop she had they would not help her because they said she did not have it. Once their mistake was brought to their attention they put the charge back on my account (now being charged for two computers) instead of correcting their paperwork to reflect my purchase of only one computer the XPS M1330 so that I can get the technical service that I paid for along with the computer protection and other emnities that was purchased with this computer. They are charging me $3500 or more at this time, which they will never see!
