Subject: Frigidaire - Electrolux Extended Warranty

It is now 4 months and waiting to get our refridgerator fixed. Wrong part was fixed incorrectly by their service tech RSI and caused $20,000 work of damage. The same company was sent again and again, put on the incorrect part that caused the first damage so I had to call a plumber to fix what the last tech broke. The fridge still leaked; apparently they tried fixing the wrong problem and they sent out another company which diagnosed it as being the ice maker and a different valve. Electrolux - Frigidaire send out the wrong parts 3 times and the last time they didn't even bother to send another set. They have offered us to go and purchase another of "their" products and show proof of purchase to send us a 80% rebate... but we don't have the funds to do that nor do I feel that they would be honest enough to send the rebate as promised.
