Jane, Jane, from whence has thou ignorance sprang? Surely your name is not Jane. More likely Ted or Bob. And very likely you are a PR drone hired to flame honest individuals reporting their complaints about your corporate client--Blockbuster. It's such a sad corporate practice but I see all too often on this board. Instead of fixing the poor business practice, corporations hire PR guns to go out and attack their customers who merely report their experiences on message boards.
