I have spent over 6 hours trying to get a 2 month old computer repaired for a broken screen. I have been hung up on, sent to wrong places, sent to closed places, a supervisor promise me to have my box to send the computer back for repair in with in two days. Well I paid for a service on 8/2/08 and it is now 8/20/08 and still no box and no resolution. I am so disgusted and I will spread the word the best I can to stay clear of Dell, THEY SUCK. I am currently on ho9ld as I type for oh about 15 minutes atleast. STILL WAITING. This is unbelievable.
