I have had nothing but trouble with charter communications, every time I get my new bill it changes. You call customer service and they never can explain what the problems are and they stumble over the bill because they do not even know how to explain the bill to you. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The bill changes every month.
Frustrated.
