When I signed for up for Charter, they told me the installation fee would be waived ($50) for a $15/mo internet service over the phone.

However, my next bill showed the installation fee, and they insisted that I was lying to them about the fee waiver. If you are going to sign up for Charter, make them tell the truth, and get it in writing.
