Subject: Charter Communications

I have had numerous problems with Charter Communications. I feel that the company policy is to give horrible customer service. However all of my huge problems I have had with them aside, I have one simple question. When I am supposed to be charged a monthly rate and I do not use any of the extra services(ordering movies on-demand), why have I never had a bill for the same amount? My monthly bills will fluctuate up to $15 dollars sometimes. My husband was in Iraq for a year and I lived alone while he was gone so I know there were no movies ordered. I inquired about this and was told that there are fees on top of watching the movies, when I attempted to explained that I have not ordered any movies I was ignored and had the same explanation told to me again. How can one month a bill be 150 the next 147 the next 165 and then another for 156 all in a row with no extras being ordered?
