When I first ordered charter there were all kinds of problems. When they put my phone in they messed my electricity up on one side of my house (cost $800.00) to repair.
It took us forever to get things straightened out then came the bill, boy was it off a couple hundred dollars. After much time sPent on the phone WHICH TOOK 3 months TO SOLVE. That is with me taking my time every day to try to get it resolved.
Customer service??? There is none. The people handling customer service talk to you as if you are doing them a favor by talking with them...
I have never talked to such illiterate and disrespectful set of humans.
I have told several of my friends NEVER use charter. We (Newton Citizen) had a big write up in the paper where charter has cheated many customers. I think they are an illegal company and should be shut down.
