I have a new issue I guess. I had a late fee that I was told I could pay next time I rent. I guess Blockbuster wants me renting every week because they didn't wait and without sending a collection notice or any kind of notice or authorization they just took it from my bank account. I don't recall ever authorizing Blockbuster to randomly charge my account for late fees even though I was made aware of their policy to charge the price of a movie if it isn't returned. To me these are separate and I wanted to know if Blockbuster has legal grounds to just charge your bank for these fees with no notice.
