Like many other customers, we cancelled with People PC months ago, and used AT&T instead. I wrote them and informed them months ago. Yet on my July bank staement there is not only a debit but it is for a amount of $171.00 that far exceeds what we were paying People PC, and that after they gave a bogus representation of a DSL service that they cannot provide, because they were not in our area.

I will do whatever it takes to have my money refunded and to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
