Signed up for a $124 package and paid an installation $60 charge.

Service started March 24. The 24th of each month a charge of $124 would be made to my credit card.

First charge of $223 was made on May 5th. A second charge was attempted June 5th for $360. This charge did not go through because funds were not available. Charter suspended service in June, adding an additional charge of $125 for phone calls covered in the package.

Customer service was patronizing and rude.

I received a bill this week for $749. (Seven hundred and forty nine dollars.)

This is a scam. I also called for someone to collect the equipment. Noone came.

Can a class action be brought against Charter. This is fraud.
