Subject: Faulty U-haul Trailer Tires

We rented a auto transport trailer to haul a vehicle behind my truck. We got down the road not even 1 mile and a tire blew out causing us to fishtail and jackknifing the pull vehicle and trailer. We ended up being tossed in a ditch with extensive damage to both vehicles.

We got NO ASSISTANCE FROM U-haul period. Not even a call to speak to anyone. The trailer is still where the State Trooper told us to unhook and leave it due to the tire being blown out. The State Police ruled the cause of the accident as the tire blowing out.
