Comment:
Balance last month was $156 for cable and internet. Was told in a letter if I did not make payment for past due amounts that service would be interrupted. Made payment for past due amt. on July 27. Now as of today August 5, my account balance went back to what it was prior to making the payment. Is this Charter's way of getting me to pay an extra amount by sneaking it back into my balance due! Hubby going to call and speak to someone about canceling...nothing but problems!
