I have been a loyal customer for many many years now!!It all started when i added my phone to the bundle, which I aready had cable,and wireless internet. Well the phone was a big problem. It was out after a storm which for most of that 4 weeks I never really noticed due to the phone having a dial tone once in awhile. My friends told me that it was out when they tried to call. I thought I could get it fixed after e-mailing. ( customer service is a joke,it states internet live chat). Well tried that ..only problem I was told to call back when office opened 9-5. Which was no use due to my work hours.
Finally got a hold of billing after they thought this problem was fixed? Talked to a Carlos,I was told by him to pay 89.08 for my 7/15/08 due bill. I wanted this Carlos to make sure it was posted and company was all on the same page.( paying the bill that day and always for 10+ years pay my bills on time). I was put on hold 3 times so this Carlos could be certain that the amount of 89.08 was all that was due after the credit of 44.56.
Well I was really disapointed to see that it was not carried out on their end. My 8/15/08 due bill has a balance forward from 7/15/08!!! Of 40.35. What a joke, called back today and talked to 2 people One Jennifer who has no customer relations verbage at all,I demanded she not talk any more double talk and give me to a boss. After 10 minuties another person got on and started to say it was taxes?? movie rentals? I had to stop her to say she has no listening skills. I do not pay for taxes? movies until they are shown on my bill, Besides I was asking about the total charges from previous billing and why the balance forward. Not some addage they wanted to make up for this lame excuss of where the extra charges came from. This is a problem for me so I canceled all services and told her I will not pay another dime...they will pick up equipement due to my unable to get it to there center. They will not get any more of my energy....They could and would not give me any corporate contact info...said it was on the web. Well it is not. Funny how my employer has corporate contact info, which we all have axcess to. This is out of my values to be lied to and mis treated so I will not be manipulated to pay for services that are less than acceptable, did not work and customer service is very poor. So good luck to this poor excuss of customer service employees hope you have a job next year. Madge Sands, Almont Michigan 48003
