My account was debited $760.00 for someone else's account. I have back and forth with directv to get a refund and they refuse to let me speak to anyone that can help me. I faxed my bank statement as advised on 7/28 and called back 8/4 to check status. They said someone would call me when it was processed and they have no direct line for me to talk to them now.
