COULDNT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN WHAT CHARTER HAS DONE BY ADDING THE BUNDLE (IT SHOULD BE ADVERTISED AS THE BUNGLE) !!! A MESS FROM THE BEGINNING. I REGRET EVER HEARING ABOUT IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH EVER. IM 51 AND A CORP. CEO, CAN A COMPANY REALLY BE RUN THIS BADLY???? OH, AND THE BILLING A MONTH IN ADVANCE JUST TAKES THE CAKE.
