Subject: sick of charter!

I was never told there would be a precall prior to their visit, the guy never rang the apartment buzzer that I told him to ring, somehow its still my fault and i now have to wait another 2 weeks for internet...the lady on the phone that i talked to for about an hour was rude and did not seem to like her job...not to mention all the hidden fees from their cable!!!
