Last week one Tuesday I had my first repairmen come out because I had no phone, internet, tv. He said he fixed it, however after he left same thing no service. Then Wednesday the second repairman said it was fixed, and again no service. Then on Friday a senior tech came again said it was fixed. Again no service called Saturday and made appointment for that after noon, but had to cancel because of an emergency.
So all weekend we were without service. I will again call Monday and arrange for Wednesday as I am not available on Tuesday. But that leaves me again without service. This is not good as I have to persons in my house with severe medical problems and being without a phone is dangerouw. Please I need your help to get this problem taken care soon. I got charter in January and no problems until now. Please,
get me some help. Thank you. Gloria
