I had internet with people pc and always had trouble with them. They are slow . Tried to cancel and every attempt failed. So I made it impossible for them to take it out of my checking. So then they overdrafted me 2 months in a row. The finacial dept. called me to tell me I owe them $45 dollars for paymenst that they sent through to my bank after I cancelled. They told me They were recording my phone call so I told them thats good I am to and some guy Named Migel hung up on me. They get your checking info and make it impossible to cancel. Thats messed up .This is now a monthly issue for me and then when you tell them about your call to them they tell you they have no record of it well now thats convinent isn't it. thats ok because the calls were made from my cell and are on my detailed bill.Contact Better Business Burea if you have this problem.
