I have a question about Bogus fees charged by Charter One Bank to it's customers. I have been charged fees to my account which I should not have been, because I had a no Balance limit/ no fee account. When I questioned these fees they could not explain them. I have since closed my account and now I have been getting letters from collection agencys for these fees which are not mine. Is there anybody else with this problem . I have heard several people say this but I did not get the names.
