My personal opinion is that when individuals such as Rich (most likely not his real name) come on to message board such as this one berating consumers upset with a product or service, they are doing so on behalf of the corporation. It's shady. I can see no other motivation for a truly uninterested observer to be so rude in defense of a corporation. Rich's post is additional evidence against this corporation IMHO.
