Main thread--Uhaul Billing Complaints
State: ny Posted: 07/25/2008 Subject: uhaul Comment: i worked at uhaul for 5 years, and trust me they are not worried abotu any of your complaints. please do not blame the workers at the locations, it is all corporate pressure but on them to just increase that bottom line. over the five years i worked there i was pressured to beat budgets that were unrealalistic and if i told them that my job was threatened. they would even ask me questions like "how will your family feel if you were replaced because you couldnt get the job done". so much pressure is put on the managers and it is so unfair. when i managed the store i always felt bad how i treated customers, but it was either get the customers money and make money for uhaul or be out of a job. if you live in the ne pa, ny, nj, the guy you need to questions name is doug wynne, he is the leader of the new nazi breed called uhaul. his email is doug_wynne@uhaul.com, also you can email the owner joe_shoen@uhaul.com and another name is ron_frank@uhaul.com. i hope this helps, and please use another company no matter the cost...... |
