I recently had my bill jump from $130.00 to $190.00 on what I thought was the $99 bundle but according to the meatballs employed by this crooked company my bundle package expired and I wasn't entitled to sign up for the bundle again which they are now offering for $69.99 because I was already an existing customer when I tried to contact someone else all I got was transferred from moron to moron and never got anywhere when they were tired of talking to me all they did was give me a number to call that brought me to the same dumb recording where I spent hours trying to talk to someone with half a brain I sent a e-mail to them from there website and there only response was sorry and still didn't change my bill or make any effort to contact me I since have ordered directv and now have at least 5 times more high def channels and many more channels charter don't even offer I hope they go out of business and the higher ups in the company put in jail for what they do to the people who used there service the government really needs to regulate companies like this who take advantage of their customers
