Subject: OVER BILLING
Comment:
I signed up to have my cable bundled and was quote $103 per month which included installation. I ended being charged a $49 fee, plus it took them 5 trips to get it hooked up. I was promised a refund on the days without service, I got that and whopping $9!! I have called multiple times to find out why my bill is $167 per month and have been told that is what I signed up for. It was cheaper before I bundled with my previous providers.

Each time I call customer service I reach a rude person who tells me that there is nothing that they can do. I also asked to speak to a customer service person who state I was not telling the truth. Their customer service is an F-. I don't know what to do while my bill racks up higher and higher. When I told them I would like to switch to another provider, they said they could set that up for me! Which tells me they really don't care if I am a customer or not.
