Subject: over billing, lousy cable services

i am currently fighting a 400.00 bill after paying in dispute last month a 200.00 bill
my phone service has been out going on 3 weeks , constant cable box problems and over billing for 2 years
i give up i will cancel and live without cable
they do not care and they send out stupid technicians that can not find a problem.
