Subject: abusive billing pratice
Comment:
I sent an Epay payment and mistakenly entered a wrong digit(dyslexicia?) or plain human error..at any rate they charge 47.99 for the first attempt (all this electronically, no humans needed) and then $25.00 the next attempt (24 hours later again via PC)WHAT A RIP!
to make matters worse, they immediately interrupt your service and there is a re-instatement fee +++
their name is "customer care" should be customer number# so and so that we freely rip-off.
that is unbelievable that they can get away with this.
please join and EXPOSE THESE ABUSIVE PRACTICES THAT ONCE INSTALLED WILL GET EVEN HUNGRIER FOR REVENUE
