Subject: Suit against Dell gets class action status
Comment:
This case does not involve Dell customers, however, a lawsuit by Dell call center employees recently got class action status. The proposed class covers current and former Dell call centers in Oregon, Central Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Idaho. Gee, you don't suppose Dell would move even more of its call centers to India in order to avoid lawsuits like this? Nah, I'm sure it won't.
