Subject: Dell Billing Pratices

I Ordered a Replacement Disk for My Opperateing System, And Dell Sent the Wrong Item, I Was Refunded The Money OK
But Then When I Reordered The Item They Cashed My Check But Never Sent The Item, I Spent Over 8 Hours On the Phone to Get Them to Correct The Problem, But It Never Was. They allso Tryed to Talk Me Into Opening a Credit account So I Gave Them My Social Security Number, They Denied Me Credit When I Have a Excelent Credit Rating.
Then When This Problem Happened They Tryed Agian to Get me to Sign up For Credit, I Said Ok But Told Them I Allready Gave Them My Social Security Number And I Was Not Giveing It Out Over The Phone a Second Time That They Have It Allready. Later That Day Without Giveing Her Name The Same Person I Spoke to Called Back Trying
to Get My Social Security Number AGIAN !! I Told Her NO
and NOT To Contact Me Agian Reguarding This Matter. But The REAL KICK IN THE CROTCH IS THAT DELL CASHED MY CHECK OVER A MONTH BEFORE THIS CALL AND DID NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO ME ! I Told Them That IF I DID THAT I WOULD GO TO JAIL !! AND THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BANKING COMISSION !! I DEMANDED MY CHECK BE SENT TO ME BUY COURIER NOT JUST MAILED ! AS THEY NEVER HAD THE RIGHT TO CASH MY CHECK WITHOUT SENDING ME THE ITEM I ORDERD IN THE FIRST PLACE. I Asked For a Simple Call Back When They Find Out How The Problem Happened and They Had The Nerve to REFUSE TO GIVE A CALLBACK
