Rented a Uhaul truck from local business in Martinsburg, WVa, I won't give business name, but I will state don't get any Uhale's or for that matter any dealings with this local business owner, because I returned the uhale the same evening, and placed key in the over night drop box ( well it's not quite a drop box more like you have too push your hand with key through a small little hole in wall) well any ways the owner say he didn't have the key, but the uhale was there. More or less he stated I must forgot to drop off key, but he had the copy of my contract that I but in drop box. Come on now honestly guys I am not that stupid. I have done business with this guy twice and some way he has found a way to get more money than he was suppose too. SO BEWARE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, MY EXPERIENCE BOTH TIMES HAVE BEEN BAD.
