If you see any charter ads, close your eyes, plug you ears. What ever you do, don't listen to then. They are the WORLDS BIGGEST RIP OFF!!!!!! I have had cable with them for over 6 years, wonderful digital calbe (extra money of course) I now find out that it really is not digital. For the last six years I have had nothing but problems with this company. I have had no other choice for my service until now. I am going to have a party when my REAL digital cable is installed this week.

This is only one of my problems, the worst one is that I needed ot pay a bill using my credit card, and a charter employee took my information and was going to take a nice trip on me. HE ordered plan tickets, hotel reservations, music from i tunes, a car rental and several other things. Thank goodness my credit card people caught it and stopped all charges. The only reason I know it was them is because I did not use the card anuwhere else for over a year. Charter did nothing about this, In fact I am still waiting for a call back for the identity theft people. It has only been 4 months.

If you have any other option DO not get Charter-- they have terrible customer service, bad reception, and no idea what they are doing.
