After reviewing everyone else's experiences we all have a common thread:
We can not get satisfactory customer service and are given the run around when we have problems. The Customer Service is out of the Country, the people at the US Charter locations tell us they can't help us after the overseas people tell us to go to our local office.
We are being overcharged and they know how to cover it up to look legitimate.
I had a"0" account balance when I moved made a phone payment that the customer service rep said we are up to date. Received a bill for $600.00 2 days later. Called customer service and started the same runaround that you all have seen.
Why are we putting up with this and how to we get someone that can help us to do something!!!!
