In November 2006 I traded my car into KIA OF HAYWARD and purchased a used car from thier lot. I signed an agreement stating they were now responsible for my trade in. Since then I have kept up my end of the contract however they have not. My name has been reported to the credit collection dept. five time since then. As of today they are making payments under my name and have not paid off the loan. I am very upset by this and don't know how to get them to fix the problem they are very inconsiderate and rude. My credit score has been horrible affected by this and they don't care.
