I tried to order the computer they advertised in their June catalog for $799 on line, but it defaulted to $829. When I called to place the order over the phone and pointed out the discrepancy in price, the "customer service" agent said it still was a great bargain at $829 and would not honor the printed price. Apparently, they have not change their practices.
