We recently suffered a great amount of financial damage thanks to Countrywide Home Loans department not doing their job. Many months and weeks went by where contacting them was nearly impossible and getting them to do what was needed to process the paperwork was like trying to move an elephant. In the end, one hour before closing, we did not get the money for the new house after selling the old house and we were made homeless. All throughout the process, we were promised the loan and moved ahead believing we were buying a new house.

If there is anyone who experienced a similar fate with this company, please share. After a disasterous experience such as this, we are in need a support group.
