I'm writing in reference to my sons bill, charter keeps charging him. Theie power was off due to bad thunder storms in the area, they refused to lower the bill, even though my son could not use his phone. Even after he told them to disconnect, they still keep billing him for the fullmonth, plus other fees and still keeps adding more monthly charges. Seems like it would be against the law for them to do this! Everyone needs to SPEAK UP!!!!!!
