My Charter bill was $95.26. Now, this month's bill is for $209.88. I have Internet plus the Big Value Package with no extras. When I called the the service rep, he was not helpful at all and would not explain why massive price increase, only repeating that's "what you have to pay." Well I don't! I'm switching to Direct TV and AT$T for Internet.
