I was called from charter offering me a dvr at NO cost, I questioned the rep throughly about ANY cost,monthly service,box,installation etc, was told NO cost, it was a promotion I qualified for because I have all 3 charter services. NOW received bill with monthly charge,called and was told they have no promo with free service AND to get my regular box installed again would be a further intstallation charge. This was a total LIE from your rep that will either cost me $15 a month or a service call for re-installation of my old box. I ask that the call recording from that rep be pulled and reviewed before I take further action as to local news channel and Better Business.no results:(
