Subject: Customer Service with Charter Communications
Comment:
Recently relocated from one house to another, and received very inadequate response time like the others. Contacting customer service after 7:00PM CST directs the client to an area in the Philippines where the dialogue is very disrupting.
Charter Communications is an American based company. How many people in the United States would work as a customer service representative even after 7:00PM? The US still has a second and third shift, don’t we?
Contacting customer service this evening, requesting the next billing due date, took over 40 minutes due to the language barrier. Wouldn’t it be great if a United States of America company stay loyal its fellow Americans?
The monthly bill has increased unexpectedly last month.
