I have had charter services for 4 months. In that time all i have had is problems on and off. All 3 will go off and come back on. My cable is the main problem. Freezes or goes off. My internet does the same. I have called and complained several times. They sent out a tec 2 times and it still doing it. Just last month i couldn't pay my bill right away. So it's now past due.I called to make arangements to pay it on the 1st of may. They only gave me 4 days ext. I thought for all the problems i was having, at least they could of let me pay on the first. Like i said i have complained and it seems to they are not listening. When i had direct tv, i never had any problems.
