Subject: Charter billing practice - dishonest

I called last year around sept when my promotion expired; they offered me to extend for 6 months and I declined because I didn't want to have to call 6 months later to cancel it. They offered me for a full 1 yr. Guess what? Here we are, six months later and the rates went up. I called them, and of course, "there is nothing they can do".
