Subject: Interruptions in my area!

Since I had Charter I had these so called interruptions in my area. It will happen at least every week for about an hour or more. I will call customer service and they would just tell me to wait and service would be better later. But after awhile it contiuned. The day of 4/8/08 it was the worst where they had an interruption for 3 days. Im pregnant and is due during April and i told them that i dont have another phone and i needed a phone to be on. I had to drive early in the morning because i was left home by myself and if i was to go into labor i was not able to call out to anyone. I really dont understand how Charter can have problems in the area but cant even have some be able to call out 911.Also when i call customer service they make it seem like it is your fault and they wont do anything about it. To everyone GET CREDIT out of them, its not your fault and you shouldnt have to deal with it. I started to have problems with my cable and now my internet and phone and im sick of it. If i could make this public and make sure Charter gets out of business i will.
