Subject: I am an employee
Comment:
I have worked at Charter for a number of years, and can tell you, like any business, we are here to make money. I have read every post here, as well as other sites, and agree that there are employees who are poorly trained, dont speak good english, sell someone on a package that "doesn't exist", say they are getting a supervisor, but never do, and can assure, with working with many different companies, this is found in all of them. Unfortunately, people don't care about their jobs and the customers who secure them the way that i do, and can only hope that the industry is shaken, so that these issues can be corrected. It is sad to know that we pay taxes for things we never use, yet I don't see anyone "disconnecting" from their government, or a family member because they never paid them back. We are consumers, it is our duty to investigate where and how we spend our money beofre we do so. You can always go to the website and "build a package" if you don't believe what the rep is saying, and as far as for credits and supervisory issues, stay on the line. I know it is frustrating to have to stay on hold, but imagine what it's like for me, im here to do a job and i do it well, but because other reps have ruined your experience, you wont give me a chance to explain properly.
